Elia Margarita Rios Graduates from Schreiner University

Elia Rios of Brownsville, TX graduated from Schreiner University and received a diploma during commencement ceremonies held in Dietert Auditorium on May 11, 2013. Elia Rios, daughter of Jaime and Maria Luisa Rios, was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management.
